Engineering tools that reduce design time
Working with a diverse range of partners means varied design criteria, so we invest in the latest HVAC engineering tools to match. Our modeling software transforms each workstation into a fully interactive fluid-flow bench and thermal test rig, while our MCAD system is linked to the manufacturing floor for greater accuracy, less design time for new products, and quicker modifications to existing ones.

Red Dot’s headquarters and largest manufacturing and assembly facility covers more than 18,580 square meters (200,000 square feet) of plant, warehouse and office space. It is home to Red Dot’s Advanced Engineering and Test Group, which operates one of the most sophisticated research and test facilities in the industry.
Arlington, TX, USA
The Arlington location boasts the world’s first independent climatic wind tunnel dedicated to power sports, UTV, LSV, and electric research, development and testing. This facility is available to all current and future OE customers with real-time data and results.
Memphis, TN, USA
Red Dot’s eastern U.S. facility covers 27,870 square meters (300,000 square feet) of manufacturing, assembly and parts distribution space, serving as a critical hub for distribution and customer support in the South.
Ipswich, UK
Red Dot’s Ipswich facility covers 2,787 square meters (30,000 square feet), serving as an anchor for distribution and customer support in Europe.
Shanghai, China
